Judge Alan King Announces Probate Court Appointment
Julia Smeds Roth, of White Arnold & Dowd P.C., will serve as the County Guardian and Conservator for Jefferson County. Ms. Roth has thirty years of experience as a litigator in state and federal courts in the areas of Health Care Litigation, Class Action Litigation, Probate and Family law. Ms. Roth is a member of the American Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar and the Birmingham Bar Association.
