Christopher J. Nicholson Joins Firm
Christopher J. Nicholson has joined the law firm of White Arnold Andrews & Dowd P.C. as an associate. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Nicholson served as Clerk to the Honorable Tom King, Jr. in the 10th Judicial Circuit of Alabama. He will primarily represent clients in civil and complex litigation and cases involving environmental torts.
Mr. Nicholson received a B.A. from the University of Virginia (2003), and he received his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law (2006). During law school, Mr. Nicholson served as research assistant to Professor William Henning, Executive Director of the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws. His duties included research and selection of UCC cases for inclusion in Professor Henning’s revision of Sales and Bulk Transfers (Duesenberg, King, Henning and Gabriel, 2001), as well as editing the Article 9 volume of the Uniform Commercial Code Series (Hawkland, et al., 2001).
Mr. Nicholson is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar, and the American Bar Association, and serves as a member of the Young Lawyers Section.
