Since beginning private practice thirteen years ago, Ms. DePalma has handled civil litigation in a wide variety of fields including family law, elections, campaign finance, intellectual property law and environmental law. Her current practice places special emphasis on executive severance issues, including her service on discussion panels devoted to these issues. She also has extensive experience in legal writing and handles discovery matters in complex cases.
