With eighteen years of experience in civil and criminal litigation, Ms. Flippo focuses her practice in legal writing, standard and electronic discovery, and case management. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil litigation, including state and federal class actions and mass torts, related to violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (“RICO”), products liability, environmental issues, civil rights, the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, and the health care industry. She has also represented defendants in white-collar criminal cases involving false claims and public corruption.
Ms. Flippo served as a law clerk to the Honorable E.B. Haltom, Jr., Northern District of Alabama.
